Tuition and Fees

Tuition
At Horizon we want to make a high quality eduation, grounded on a biblical worldview, available to as many families as possible.  A quality education is an excellent investment in the life of your child, and we hope that financial obstacles will not prevent families from becoming a part of the Horizon community.

Horizon offers base tuition rates that are evaluated each year with fourteen similar high quality schools throughout Oregon, as well as need-based tuition assistance for qualified families.

We would like to meet with you in person and partner with you as you make one of the most important choices for your child's future.

Tour & Educational Consultation
We recommend a personal tour of the campus to those considering Horizon. This is your opportunity to learn more about us. It is also an opportunity for you to share the desires and goals you have for your child, their academic preparation, future plans, and Christian character and development.  For more information please contact us for a Tour & Educational Consultation at (541) 387-3200 or This email address is being protected from spambots. Tuition Assistance
We believe parents have an obligation to pay the educational expenses of their children to the extent that they are able.  However, we realize that a Horizon education, while an excellent investment in your child's future, represents an expense that is well beyond the reach of many families.

Horizon awards over $300,000 annually in need-based tuition assistance. (Income source: contributions) The purpose of tuition assistance is to fill the gap between the actual cost of tuition and what a family can realistically be expected to pay toward this cost. On average last year, we were able to cover 70% of a family's demonstrated need in the form of tuition assistance for those students who would best benefit from a Horizon education.

Families who are in need of tuition assistance with students in any grade (K-12) are encouraged to apply.  New families may submit a Tuition Assistance Application along with their Application packet.

For questions regarding tuition assistance, please call the Admissions Office at (541) 387-3200.

A $100 application fee is due with applications from families who do not already have a student enrolled at Horizon.
